The Amy Malone School of Cake Decorating was established in 1977 and offers over 50 courses, workshops and demonstrations in cake decorating, candy making, garnishes, pastries, and related culinary arts. The emphasis is always easy to learn, approachable methods and techniques for creativity and attractive presentation.

Classes are designed for all levels of students:

homemakers and hobbyists
entry level professionals
professionals who want to brush up on the basics or expand their repertoire

Several classes are taught weekdays mornings, while most courses are taught weekday evenings, and one day workshops are offered on Saturdays.
